5-merous, 3.5–4.2 mm, membranous; papillae absent; laticifers visible in the calyx and corolla lobes, isolated or arranged in rows, ovoid or elongated; calyx creamy-yellow, finely reticulate, shiny, campanulate, ca. 1/2 corolla tube, divided to the base or nearly so, lobes basally overlapping, ovate, not carinate, margins finely serrulate, apex acute to cuspidate; corolla 3.3--4 mm, white-creamy when fresh, creamy-white when dried, the tube 2.2–3 mm, cylindric-campanulate, not saccate, lobes reflexed, 1/3–1/2 of the corolla length, ovate-oblong to ovate-triangular, margins entire, apex cuspidate-acute to obtuse, straight; stamens exserted, slightly shorter than corolla lobes, anthers elliptic to oblong, 0.6–0.8 × 0.4–0.5 mm, filaments 0.6–0.9 mm; infrastaminal scales 2–2.7 mm long, 3/4--4/5 the corolla tube, bridged at 1–1.4 mm, oblong, rounded, ± uniformly dense fimbriate, fimbriae 0.3–0.6 mm; styles evenly filiform, 2–2.6 mm, longer than the ovary; stigmas capitate, globose.
